CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-004 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY ON FIRST STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 23, 2001, the City Council received a staffreport from the <br /> City Attorney (SR 01:017) regarding the donation of 4,913 square feet within the <br /> existing First Street right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the recording of the Grant Deed is to remove any ambiguity regarding title to the <br /> property and to clear up property tax questions. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Accepts the Grant Deed from Vera Dunder and authorizes the City Manager to <br />execute all necessary documents. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 23, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dennis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
