CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-007 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE PPUD-07 (ALVISO ADOBE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of January 16, 2001, the City Council received a proposed negative <br />declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton for PUD Development <br />Plan approval for a historic community park located on approximately 6.07 acres <br />of undeveloped parkland at 3465 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated September 6, 2000, <br /> and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held at which time the public was given the <br /> opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant <br /> adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for <br /> adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of the City of Pleasanton for <br />PUD Development Plan approval for a historic community park located on <br />approximately 6.07 acres of undeveloped parkland at 3465 Foothill Road (Alviso <br />Adobe). <br /> <br /> <br />
