WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COONTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> S~ATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-65 <br /> <br /> RE: GRANT OF EASEMENT AN~ QUIT CLAIM OF <br />P~X)PERTY TO HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />it appears that because of an overage remaining <br />following widening of Kottinger Avenue, Quit <br /> <br />Claim of some .0005 acres of land to the Housing <br />Authority is appropriate; and <br />it appears desirable and in the public interest <br />to grant to the Housing Authority an easement for <br />the purpose of access to Housing Authority equipment <br />and personnel over and across property of the City <br />of Pleasanton abutting the property recently con- <br />veyed by the City to the Housing Authority for <br />low rent housing purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City Attorney draw and the appropriate <br /> City Officers execute a Quit Claim Deed to the <br /> Housing Authority of any rate, title or interest <br /> the City of Pleasanton may have in .0005 acres of <br /> land on Kottinger Avenue as shown on Parcel Map 861 <br /> of the City of Pleasanton in order to implement plans <br /> for construction by the Housing Authority of low <br /> rent housing. <br /> <br /> 2. That the City Attorney prepare and the appropriate <br /> officers execute in favor of the Housing Authority <br /> an easement granting access to Housing Authority <br /> personnel and equipment over and across land <br /> owned by the City abutting the site upon which <br /> low rent housing is to be constructed by the <br /> <br />.... ~ ..... Heusing Authority. Said easement to be consistent <br /> <br /> <br />
