WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72~69 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF CONNECTION TO SEWER SYSTEM <br />UPON STATED CONDITIONS. <br /> <br />the property owner at3683 Vineyard Avenue, <br /> <br />James F. Mitchell, is desirous of connecting <br />to the City's sewage system and is willing to <br /> <br />annex said property at this time; and <br /> <br />the property owner's property is not contiguous <br /> <br />to the City thus annexation thereof at this <br /> <br />time is impossible; and <br /> <br />it appears desirable to allow a connection to <br />the property herein to the sewerage system in <br />return for the property owner entering into an <br /> <br />agreement with the City whereby sewer connection <br />be provided upon the condition that in the event <br />of refusal by the property owner to cooperate <br /> <br />in future annexation service be discontinued <br /> <br />and upon the further condition that the property <br />owner share as determined by City in the cost of <br />improving Vineyard Avenue adjacent his property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the appropriate City Officers prepare and <br /> execute an agreement with James F. Mitchell allowing <br /> a sewer connection to his property at 3683 Vineyard <br /> Avenue in return for cooperation in future annexation <br /> of said ro erty and for sharing in the cost of <br /> improving Vineyard Avenue adjacent said property. <br /> <br /> <br />
