WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-77 <br /> <br />RE: WEED ABATEMENT PROGRAM - 19 72 <br />ResolUtion No. 72-55 set a hearing at whi.ch <br />objections, if any, to the City of Pleasanton'S <br />proposed weed abatement program would be heard <br />and instructed the City Clerk to forward notice <br />to affected property owners of said hearing; and, <br />said hearing! was set for May 8, 1972, at the hour <br />of 8:00 P.M. in the Pleasanton Justice Court <br />Chambers at which said hearing no objections to <br />said weed abaten~nt program were heard and the <br />City Council by motion so determined; and, <br />implementation of the City 's weed abatement pro- <br />gram Should continue as quickly as possible in <br />order that weeds may be removed before they <br />become fla~able. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
