WHEKEAS · <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-87 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF WEED ABATEMENT CONTRACT <br />the City has solicited bids in connection with <br />its 1972 Weed Abatement Program; and <br />a Standard Agreement has been prepared with <br />George M. Frager for the provision to City <br />of services in connection with its Weed Abatement <br />Program. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the agreement dated May 22, 1972 between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and George M.
