That the work by BEPCO, Inc.. in constructing the <br /> First Street Lift Station (Project No. 72-2) be <br /> approved and accepted and the Finance Officer <br /> instructed tO execute in favor of BEPCO, Inc. a <br /> warrant in the amount of $9,315.00 including <br /> Change Order No. 1 in satisfaction of the final <br /> paymant due on said job, less ten percent retention, <br /> <br /> 2. That the appropriate City Officers takeI whatever <br /> action necessary to implement said acceptance, <br /> including the filing with respect thereto of a <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />Notice of Completion.
