CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFOMIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-100 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT, DEED FROM FRANK <br />VINCENT AND ELI~a&B~.TH KI~SKE. <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed dated <br /> <br />May 17, 1972 from Frank Vincent and Elizabeth <br /> <br />Kreske offering to dedicate to the Cityof <br /> <br />Pleasanton a Public Service Easement. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Public Service Easement offered for <br /> <br />dedication by Deed dated Mayl7, 1972 by Frank <br /> <br />Vincent and Elizabeth Kreske is hereby accepted <br />and the appropriate City Officers instructed <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />to take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> <br />said acceptance. <br />June 12, 1972 <br /> <br />[C:\TEMP\~LF00001.BMP] <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> <br />
