CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-101 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> FOR UNIT 10 OF T~ACT 3165 (ARROYO DEL PRADO). <br /> <br />WMEREAS, construction of public irmgrovements for unit 10 <br /> <br /> of Tract 3165 has been satisfactorily completed <br /> and the appropriate bonds filed. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS'FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the public improvements constructed as part <br /> of Unit 10 of Tract 3165 (Arroyo Del Prado) be <br /> approved and the appropriate City Officers <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary <br /> to implement said <br /> <br />DATED: June 12, 1972 <br /> <br />YOR <br /> <br /> <br />
