CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OP CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION N0.72-102 <br /> <br /> RE: CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 FOR PH~E I OF <br /> VAL VISTA PARK. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is considered desirable and in the public <br /> <br /> interest to extend at a cost of some $3,200.00 <br /> the sprinkler system and turfing area by <br /> approximately one acre within Phase I of the <br /> Val Vista Neighborhood Park. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That expenditure of up to $3,200.00 be authorized <br /> as a Change Order tO the contract for work on <br /> Phase I of Val Vista Neighborhood Park in order <br /> to extend the sprinkler system and turfing area <br /> by some 40,500 feet. <br /> <br /> 2.
