WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY!OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFOP~NIA <br /> <br />PaSOLUTION NO. 72~106 <br /> <br /> RE: INSTALLMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> REGARDING CERTAIN EQUIP~IT. <br /> <br /> itappears desirable that the City convert it's <br /> present arrangement regarding so-called MT/ST <br /> equipment from a lease arrangement to an install- <br /> ment purchase agreement; and <br /> the two proposed agreements would apply to. two <br /> Model 1021 Magnetic Tapes and two Selecttic Type- <br /> writers (Serial Numbers87085 and 87788); and <br /> <br /> · conversion from a lease arrangement to an install- <br /> ment purchase arrangement effects a considerable <br /> savings at no loss in availability or use of said <br /> equipment and includes an annual maintenance <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BEIT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
