NOW, <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br /> CITY OFPLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-109 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> FOR UNIT 7 .OF TRACT 3136 (FAIRLANDS) <br /> <br /> construction of public improvements in connection <br /> with Unit 7 of Tract 3136 has been satisfactorily <br /> completed and the appropriate bonds filed as per <br /> report of the Director of Public Works dated <br /> June 16, 1972. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
