WHEREAS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF AL~/~EDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-1=6 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY HOLDING TANK FOR HUMBLE <br /> OIL SERVICE STATION AT THE CORNER OF VALLEY AVENUE <br /> AND HOPYARD AVENUE <br /> <br />the Planning Commission and the City Council have <br />approv~ a conditional use permit allowing a Humble Oil <br />Company service station at the corner of Hopyard and <br />Valley Avenue; <br />due to the current lack of calMscity in the Valley Commun- <br />ity Services District sewage treatment plant, a temporary <br />holding tank is necessary to implement the conditional use <br />permitherein; <br /> <br />Section 2-15.23 of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton requires a permit for the operation and main- <br />tenance of a private sewage disposal system; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That a permit to install and maintain a temporary holding <br /> tank on the property at the southeast corner of Hopyard <br /> and Valley Avenue ~8 granted the Humble Oil Company con- <br /> sistent with the terms of conditional use permit MP71-18 <br /> and with the following terms and conditions, violation of <br /> any of which shall be grounds for revocation of the permit <br /> he~ein: <br /> <br /> a. Any and all conditions and requirements imposed by <br /> the Alameda County Health Department and other <br /> affected agencies including, but not limite~ to <br /> the Regional Quality Control Board. <br /> <br /> b. That said permit is not assignable or otherwise <br /> transferable without the express written consent of <br /> the City of Pleasanton acting by and through its <br /> City Council. <br /> <br /> c. The granting of this permit and reliance thereon by <br /> <br /> the permittee shall not in any way be construed as <br /> <br /> <br />
