WMEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE 0F CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-13~ <br /> RE: APPROVAL'OF INTERIM WATER <br /> SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> the City of Pleasanton is responsible for <br /> administering the Water Assessment Districts <br /> originally created by the Pleasanton Township <br /> County Water District; and <br /> some four property owners outside of the City <br /> but within boundaries of former Pleasanton <br /> Township County Water District and within the <br /> boundaries of the Water Assessment Districts <br /> created thereby requests an interim water <br /> service from the existing water main on <br /> Foothill Road to their residential properties <br /> above Foothill ROad; and <br /> it appears that approval of said interim water <br /> service is desirable in order to accommodate <br /> the depleted springs upon which said applicants <br /> have had to heretofore depend; and <br /> approval for such an interim water service <br /> should be expressly conditioned upon applicants <br /> entering into and abiding by the provisions <br /> <br />~Df an interim water service agreement which <br /> would provide among other things that applicants <br /> comply with all applicable City Ordinances and <br /> regulations and participate upon the demand <br /> of the City in the cost of installing or extending <br /> the water main from Foothill Road to serve their <br /> properties. <br /> <br /> <br />
