WHERE~, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-133 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AND USE <br /> REGULATIONS REGARDING ADMINISTRATION <br /> OF VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING <br /> <br /> the City is in receipt of a proposed <br /> agreement whereby the County of Alameda <br /> would delegate to the City the responsi- <br /> bility for administering the operation of <br /> the Pleasanton Veterans Memorial Building; <br /> and <br /> rules and regulations for the rental and <br /> scheduling of use of the Veterans Memorial <br /> Building have been prepared; and <br /> both the agreement and said rules and regu- <br /> lations provide that Veterans Organizations <br /> be afforded the primary use of the Veterans <br /> Memorial Building consistent with the <br /> provisions of the Military and Veterans <br /> C~de of the Sta~e of California and of the <br /> deed restriction. contained in the conveyance <br /> <br /> of said property to the County of Alamada. <br />THEREFORE, BEFIT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the contract providing for operation <br /> of the Veterans Memorial Building between <br /> the County of Alameda and the City of <br /> Pleasanton dated August 7, 1972 is hereby <br /> approved and the appropriate City Officers <br /> instructedto take whatever action necessary <br /> to implenent said approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
