CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-134 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY GARBAGE <br />TRANSFER STATION PROPOSED BY <br />PLEASANTON GLRBAGE SERVICE <br /> <br />the Alameda County Planning COmmission is <br />presently considering the application of <br />the Pleasanton Garbage SerVice for a <br />modification to its nonconforming use <br />to allow construction of a temporary <br />garbage transfer station at or close to <br />its present Vineyard AVenue garbage dump <br />site, <br />the Alameda County Planning Commission has <br />referred to the City of Pleasanton said <br />proposal for the recommendation of the <br /> <br />City Planning Connnission and the City <br />Council with respect thereto; and <br />the Planning Commission at its meeting <br />Tuesday, July 25, 1972 recommended approval <br />of said application and transmitted Same to <br />the City Council, <br /> <br /> City's prior actions regarding its prior <br /> contractural arrangements between the City <br /> with Pleasanton Garbage Company its <br /> franchisee are entirely consistent with and <br /> in fact contemplate installation by <br /> Pleasanton Garbage Service of a transfer <br /> station at or close to its present Vineyard <br /> <br /> <br />
