CITY OF P~ASANTON <br />COUNTY OF <br />STATE OF C~LIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-137 <br /> <br />REORGANIZATION OF CITY CLERK'S FUNCTIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br />it appears desireable and in the public interest to <br />consolidate the office of City Clerk with that of the <br />City Manager. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The office of City Clerk of the ~ty of Pleasanton is <br /> consolidated with that of City Manager and the latter <br /> appointed as City Clerk, said action to take effect <br /> September 4, 1972. <br /> <br />2.
