WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE eF CALIPOPa~IA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-146 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF T~ANSFER OF CERTIFICATE <br /> OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO <br /> OPERATE TAXICAB SERVICE ~ <br /> <br /> the current holder of the Certificate of Conven- <br /> ience and Necessity issued under the City's TaXicab <br /> Ordinance is desirous of selling his business and <br /> accordingly has requested that he be allowed to <br /> transfer his Certificate of Public Convenience and <br /> Necessity to Mr. Florian R. Weissmann presently <br /> residing at 4168 Wells Street, Pleasanton, California; <br /> and <br /> <br /> Mr. Weissm~nn has provided the Police Department with <br /> <br />~'suffiCient information consistent with the require- <br /> ments of the Taxicab Ordinance to enable it to <br /> thoroughly investigate his background consistent <br /> with the requirements of the Ordinance and to recom- <br /> mend, based thereon, in a written report dated <br /> August 17, 1972 that the Certificate Of Public Con- <br /> venienOe tO operate a taxicab within the City of <br /> Pleasanton be allowed to transfer from the present <br /> holder thereof to Mr. Florian Weissmann. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the present holder of the Certificate of Con- <br /> venience to operate a taxicab service within the <br /> City of Pleasanton be allowed to transfer same to <br /> Mr. Florian R. Weissmann to operate a taxicab service <br /> pursuant to the authority granted thereby and <br /> consistent with all of the requirements of the <br /> <br /> <br />
