WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-152 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF WORK ON PHASE I OF THE <br />VAL VISTA NEIGHBORHOOD PARK IMPROVEMENT AND <br />PAYMENT WIT~ RESPECT TMERETO. <br /> <br />work on Phase I of the improvement of Val Vista <br />Neighborheed Pazk has been satisfactorily completed <br />and acceptance thereof is recommended by the <br />Director of Public Works; and <br />a final payment of $786.78 to the contractor for <br />said job is now in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the work and improvements installed by Fiske <br /> and Quatman, Inc. in connection with Phase I <br /> improvement of Val Vista Neighborhood Park are <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City Officers <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance, including the filing <br /> with respect thereto of a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> 2. That the Finance Officer be instructed to draw and <br /> execute in favor of Fiske and Quatman, Inc. a <br /> warrant in the amount of $786,78 as final payment <br /> for work done on Phase I of the Val Vista Neighborhood <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Park improvement.
