CITY OF PLEAS~NTON <br /> STATE OF CALIPORNIA <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 72-165 <br /> <br /> RE: GRANT DEED FROM ROMAN CATHOLIC <br /> BISHOP OF OAKLAND <br /> <br />WHERE~, the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed dated <br /> September 20,1972 from the Roman Catholic <br /> Bishop of Oakland offering for dedication <br /> to the City property on Angela Street adjacent <br /> the Grantors Church for public service and <br /> street purposes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
