CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-197 <br /> <br /> RE: ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> UNIT 17 OF TRACT 3254 (PLEASANTON VALLEY). <br /> <br />.WHEREAS, construction of public improvements in Tract 3254 <br /> <br /> has been satisfactorily completed and the appropriate <br /> bonds filed. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the public improvements constructed in Unit 17 <br /> of Tract 3254 (Pleasanton Valley) be approv~d and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City Officers be instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance including the filing with respect thereto <br /> of a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />DATED: November 20, 1972 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />R 0 B <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br />WILLIAM A.
