NOW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFOI~NIA <br /> <br /> ~ RESOLUTION NO. 73-1 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGREEMENT WITH <br /> PG&E FOR TRACT 3167 <br /> <br /> the City is in receipt of a Consent Agreement <br /> with PG&E whereby said company would provide <br /> to the City of Pleasanton the right to construct <br /> street improvements over and upon PG&E easements <br /> in the area of Tract 3167. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
