W~REAS, <br /> <br />NOW, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF AIJ&MMDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFOi~NIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73'4 <br /> <br /> RE: GRANT DEED AND RIGHT-OF-WAY CONTRACT <br /> FtiOMAND WITH EMMA VERRILLI FOR RAY STREET <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a Grant Deed and <br />Right-of-way Contract from Emma Verrilli regarding <br />the dedication by Mrs. Verrilli to the City of <br />some 1214 square feet and the improvement thereof <br />by the City in connection with the Ray Street <br />Realignment Project. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the offer of dedication evidenced in the Grant <br /> Deed dated December 19, 1972, from Emma Verrilli <br /> be accepted and the appropriate City Officers <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />2.
