CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALII~IA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-12 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF TE~FFIC CSNSULTANT AN~ <br /> AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMEanT THEl%ETO IN <br /> RETURN FOR 'DESCRIBE~ 'SERVICES ASSOCIATED <br /> WITH SIGNALIZATION OF RAY STPa~ET-FIPaT STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a letter proposal <br /> from Lampman & AsSociates, Municipal Planning <br /> and Engineering COnsultants dated January 5, 1973 <br /> whereby a proposal together with costs therefore <br /> is made to provide services associated with the <br /> signalization of First Street-Ray Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the cost for said work is not to exceed $3~800.00. <br /> WOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City approve Lampman & Associates as its <br /> <br /> consultant in connection with the First Street- <br /> Ray Street signalization and authorize payment <br /> thereto, not to exceed $3,'800.00 for the performance <br /> of work described in letter proposal dated January 5, <br /> 1973. <br /> <br />January 15, 1973 <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> <br />
