WHEREAS, <br /> <br />NOW · <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASEON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-26 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVAL OF PROPOSED BYLAWS FOR COMMUNITY <br /> CONCERNS COMMITTEE. <br /> <br /> the City Council is in receipt of a set of proposed <br /> bylaws dated February 13, 1973, wherein the duties, <br /> responsibilities and charges of the Community <br /> Concerns Committee are spelled out, and <br /> said bylaws appear to be consistent with and in the <br /> p~blic interest. <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the bylaws proposed by the Community Concerns <br /> Con~nittee and submitted February 13, 1973, are <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
