CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-28 <br /> <br />RE: REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC <br />CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY FLORIAN R, WEISSMAN <br />FOR OPERATING TAXICABS WITHIN THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />a pubiic hearing has been duly noticed on the <br />question of whether, because of violations of <br />the Taxicab Ordinance, the Certificate of Public <br />Convenience and Necessity held by Florian R. <br />Weissman should be revoked; and <br />at said hearing it appeared that Florian R. <br />Weissman had violated at least three (3) substances <br />provisions of the Taxicab Ordinance as enumerated <br />in a written report from the City Manager to the <br />City Council dated February 21, 1973. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Certificate of Public Convenience and <br /> Necessity held by Florian R. Weissman in connection <br /> with the operation of a Taxicab Business in the <br /> City of Pleasanton is hereby revoked. <br />2. That Florian R. Weissman is instructed to surren- <br /> der to the Police Chief the Certificate of Public <br /> Convenience and Necessity herein and shall from <br /> this time forth cease operation of any taxicabs <br /> within the City of Pleasanton. <br />DATED: February 26, 1973 <br /> <br />i ATTEST: <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> <br />
