WHERPAS I <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73'33 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND <br />IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR UNIT 7 OF TRACT 3312 <br /> (VAL VtSTA,)~ <br /> <br />the Final Subdivision Map and Improvement Plans for <br />Unit 7 of Tract 3312 have been reviewed by the <br />.engineering staff and the necessary fees, bonds <br />and agreements received; and <br />the City is required both by State law and by the <br />terms of a judgment entered by the Superior Court <br />of the COunty of Alameda in connection with action <br /> <br />No. 428181, required to' approve said Final Sub- <br />division Map; and <br />an environmental ~i. mpact report has been prepared <br />by the Department of Community Development and <br />considered together with additional oral and docu- <br />mentary evidence with respect thereto; and <br />pursuant to the terms of the hereinabove.referred <br />to judgment, the applicant is required to include, <br />to the extent permitted to do so, in the State Division <br />of Real Estate public report to be signed by each <br />purchaser in said tract, a reference to the existence <br />and proximity of the V.C.S.D. Sewage Treatment <br /> <br />Plant to said tract or, if not so permitted, to include <br />same in the sales agreement entered into with any pur- <br />chaser and, further, to post in a prominent place in <br />the sales office or offices for said tract, in boldface <br />print, such information, and further, with respect to <br /> <br /> <br />
