WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-50 <br /> <br />RE: AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF PORTABLE <br />B~.ILDINGS TO BE USED FOR VARIOUS CItY <br />PURPOSES. <br /> <br />the City has recently become aware of the possibility <br />of purchase of ten portable school buildings presently <br />located on the Donlon School site at a cost of $300.00 <br />per building; and <br />said price per building is lower by far than any <br />comparable enclosed space and less expensive even <br />including cost of relocating and refurbishing said <br />buildings than would be lease of equivalent space <br />from the Alameda County Fair Association. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the City purchase at a price of not to exceed <br /> $300.00 per building the ten portable buildings <br /> presently located on the Donlon School site and <br /> owned by San Ramon Development Company. <br /> <br /> 2. That plans for the refurbishing, use and configuration <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />of said buildings be presented <br />prior to implementation <br /> <br />March 26, 1973 <br /> <br />| Ci ouncil <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM <br /> <br /> <br />
