WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-55 <br /> <br />RE: APPEOVAL OF LEASE EXTENSION WITH <br /> VIC LUND, SR. FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT <br /> IRRIGATION FIELDS <br /> <br />the City is in receipt of a request for extension <br />of its lease with Mr. Vic Lund, Sr. for four (4) <br />months until November 1, 1973; and <br />said extension appears consistent with the terms <br />of the primary lease held by the City of Pleasanton <br />and would allow Mr. Lund several additional months <br />within which to move his stock. <br /> <br />'ATTEST: <br /> <br /> PROVED AS TO FOR <br /> <br />WILLIAM A. }{~2,,S,~, C;~y Attorney <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />DATED: <br /> <br />NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the lease between Mr. Vic Lund, St. and the City <br /> of Pleasanton with respect to use by the former <br /> of a portion of the City's sewage treatment irri- <br /> gation fields for the grazing of livestock is <br /> hereby extended for four (4) months until November 1, <br /> 1973. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property now held by Mr. Lund plus an <br /> additional twelve (12) acres which is to become <br /> available for lease in mid-1973 be put out to bid <br /> during September in order that new commitments may <br /> be made following expiration of the resent e ended <br /> lease. <br /> April 2, 1973 <br /> <br /> <br />
