CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />· COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CAL=FORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-60 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MODIFICATION TO EMERGENCY AMBULANCE <br />SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />W~EREAS, the City is in receipt of a proposed modification of <br /> agreement regarding the provition to the Cities of <br /> Livermore and Pleasanton and the County of Alameda, which <br /> said change substitutes in place of Allen'sAmbulance, Inc. <br /> the Fremont Ambulance Company and makes other changes in <br /> <br /> the agreement necessary to accommodate said substitution; <br />NOW, THERBFOP~, ME IT HERE~Y RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1.
