CITY OF PL~ASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFOI~IA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-61 <br /> <br /> RE: FIXING OF FEE SCHEDULE FOR PREPARATION OF <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORTS CEIR) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has adopted <br /> by Resolution No. 73-58 a set of Criteria and Procedures <br /> for the processing of Environmental Impact RepOrts; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said procedures contemplate the payment of fees to the <br /> <br /> City for the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That the preparation of an EIR under the guidelines <br /> adopted by Resolution No. 73-58 shall be billed to the <br /> applicant therefor at the following hourly and fixed rates <br /> <br /> Director of Community Development <br /> <br />Basic hourly rate $10.47 <br />Fringe benefit (30%) 3.14 <br />Overhead (10%) 1.05 <br /> <br />Total ~Ourly cost <br /> <br />Senior Planner <br /> <br />$14.66 <br /> <br />Basic hourly rate $ 8.68 <br />Fringe benefit (30%) 2.60 <br />Overhead ~0%) .88 <br /> <br />Total hourly cost <br /> <br />$12.66 <br /> <br />To the extent that the services of City employees other <br />than the Director of Community Development and Senior <br />Planner are required, their services shall be billed, con- <br />sistent with the above, at an hourly rate including fringe <br />benefits and overhead, to the applicant based on the City <br />of Pleasanton salary schedule. <br /> <br />All of the above hourly costs shall increase or decrease <br />consistent with such actions as may be from time to time <br />taken by the City Council regarding wages (including <br />fringe benefits), hours and working conditions. <br /> <br /> <br />
