WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, NOW ~ CITY OF PLEASANTON (DUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 73-73 DECLARING THAT WEEDS, RUBBISH OR REFUSE UPON OR IN FRONT OF CZETAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON CONSTITUTE PUBLIC NUISANCES ~.ND THAT THE SAME SHALL BE AHATED, A_~ SETTING PUBLIC HEARING IN REGARD TO SAME. there is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein a list of properties to which the declaration heroin applies; and said list of properties specifically sets forth street, lot and block numbers according to the official assessment map for .each piece of property included therein; and the properties listed therein have, upon or in front of them, weeds, rubbish or refuse, such as defined by S39561.5 of the Government Code; and after consideration of evidence both oral and documentary it appears clear that said weeds, rubbish or refuse ere a public nuisance in that they constitute a fire hazard, or that said materials are noMieus or da-n~erous, and as such are detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of the City of Pleasanton, and as such shall be removed; and it appears clear that thepublic nuisances referred to herein are recurrent and seasonal in nature; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the weeds, rubbish or refuse upon or in front of the properties described in the list attached hereto and in- corporated by reference herein are declared a public nuisance and are to be abated and removed pursuant to the procedure provided for in ~39560, et seq, of the Govern- ment Code. 2. That the public nuisances described heroin are of a c~ seasonal and recurrent nature.
