subject to the following terms and conditions the viola- <br />tion of any of which shall begrounds for revocation of <br />said permit. <br /> <br /> (1) Any and all conditions and requirements imposed <br /> by the Alameda County Health Department and other <br /> affected agencies including but not limited to <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board. <br /> <br /> (2) That said permit is not assignable or otherwise <br /> transferable without the express written consent <br /> of the City of Pleasanton acting by and through <br /> its City Council. <br /> <br /> (3) The granting of this permit and reliance thereon <br /> by the permittee shall not in any way be construed <br /> as guaranteeing capacity when, if at all, such <br /> capacity in the Valley Community Services District <br /> Sewage Treatment Plant becomes available. <br /> <br /> (4) That permittee provide to the City Manager of the <br /> City of Pleasanton written assurance on a quarter- <br /> ly basis, based on written commitments with an <br /> approved holding tank pumping company, that the <br /> contents of said holding tank are being removed <br /> therefrom at regular intervals consistent with <br /> Alameda County Health Department regulations and <br /> with requirements of the Director of Public Works =~ <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> (5) The granting of this permit shall not in any way <br /> be construed as affording any preference or <br /> priority to permittee if capacity in the Valley <br /> Community Services District Sewage Treatment <br /> Plant becomes available. <br /> <br /> (6) That permittee shall, prior to reliance on the <br /> provisions hereof, furnish to the City for its <br /> inspection a written arrangement with an approved <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
