CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE 0F CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73'82 <br /> <br />APPROVING LAND USE PERMIT WITH CITY AND COUNTY <br />OF SAN FRANCISCO AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SAME <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City and County of San Francisco owns 151 acres of proper- <br /> ty in Alameda County which is adjacent to the City of <br /> Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WMEREAS, City of Pleasanton previously had leased from City and <br /> County of San Francisco 139 acres 9f land, said agreement <br /> being executed on November 9, 1971 by the Public Utilities <br /> Commission; and <br /> <br />WHERE~, it is intended by the parties herein that the land use <br /> permit for 151 acres should supersede the permit granted <br /> for 139 acres. <br /> <br />NO~, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RE~OLVE ASFFOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. A land use permit with the San Francisco Water Department, <br /> <br /> a division of the City and County of San Francisco, is <br /> hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the land use permit with <br /> the City and County of San Francisco for 151 acres. <br /> <br /> 3.
