CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-84 <br /> <br />APPROVING LEASE OF A REACH-IN REFRIGERATOR <br />FOR THE VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasant~n and Alameda County have entered <br /> into a lease agreement for the use of the Veterans <br /> Memorial BUilding at the corner of Main and Bernal <br /> Avenue in Pleasanton; and 1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City agreed to install a new commaereial-type refrigerator <br /> in said building; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City has contacted IDS Leasing Corporation and negotiated <br /> the lease of a reach-in refrigerator. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. A lease between the City of Pleasanton and IDS Leasing <br /> <br /> Corporation for one Traulsen Reach. in Refrigerator Model <br /> No. GHT-32 is hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The Mayor is hereby authorize~ to sign the lease. <br /> <br /> 3. This resolution shall become effective immeaiately upon <br /> its ~eeem~e~'and adoption. <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
