CITY OF PLEASa~TON <br />COUNTY (~F ALAMEDA <br />STATE 0F CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~a~l12 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CPIARGES FOR <br />VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton charges fees and charges for <br /> <br />various municipal ser vices~ and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said fees and charges are presently codified in various <br /> <br />provisions of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton~ and <br /> <br />~REAS, the C~ty Council desires to remove any and all fees and <br /> <br />charges from the Ordinance Code in order to facilitate <br /> <br />amendments to said fees and charges when the same are <br /> <br />required~ <br /> <br />NOW, TSEP. EFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DO~S <br />~2~OLVEAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The fees and charges to be paid for various municipal <br /> <br />services of the City of Pleasanton shall be as set <br /> <br />forth herein: <br /> <br />Ae <br /> <br />~l:'CQn'tr01- Article 5 (Fees), Chapter 3 <br /> ~mal ~0ntrol), Title IV (Health, .Safety, ~ral <br />and General Welfare) fees are as follows= <br /> <br />1. ~og~icense Fee <br /> <br />a. Full year . $ ~.00 <br />b. One-half year . 2.!00 <br />c. Neutered dog 50% of annual fee <br />d. Failure to procure <br /> license . 4.00 a4~le8 to <br /> license fee <br />e. Duplicate Tag . 1.00 <br /> <br />2. Imtx~und!n~ c~ar~e <br /> <br />a. For a do~ $10.00 <br />b. For a cat 10.00 <br />c. Horse, mare, mule, <br /> jack, jenny 20.00 <br />d.
