WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE _0F CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73'110 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR PROa~CT NO .~' 73~2 (SANTA RITA ]~ AT <br />WESTER~ PACL~IC RAILROAD RIGHT OF WA~. <br /> <br />Plans and Specificiations have been prepared and <br />recommended for Project No. 73-2 (Santa Rita Road <br />at Western Pacific Railroad Right of Way), and, <br />the City Council, at its regular meeting of June <br />25, 1973, granted permission to have this project <br />advertised for bid. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the Plans and Specification~s for the improve- <br /> ment of Santa Rit-a Read at Western Pacific Railroad <br /> Right of Way (Project No. 73.2) be approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City Officers instructed <br /> to solicit bids. consistent with the requirements of <br /> the Government Code. <br />2.
