WHEREAS <br /> <br /> CITY OF PL~ASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE'OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-105 <br /> <br /> RE: DESIGNATING THE USE OF REVENUE <br /> SHARING FUNDS TO JUNE 20, 1973 <br /> <br />the City, pursuant to Public Law No. 92-512, is entitled <br />to share in the Revenue Sharing PrOgram instituted by the <br />Federal Government; and <br />the City is required to report'to Department of Treasury, <br />Office of Revenue Sharing, Washington, D. C., by June 20, <br />1973, regarding the exact nature of the expenditures of <br />fees received from the third entitlement of Revenue <br />Sharing Funds up to and including June 20, 1973; and <br />the City CoUncil, at its meeting of June 11, 1973, con- <br />sidered the most appropriate use of the third entitlement <br />Revenue Sharing Funds which the City has received~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCILOF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City's third entitlement of Revenue Sharing Funds in <br /> <br /> the amount of $73,030.00 is hereby earmarked for expendi- <br /> ture for capital improvement facilities in the area of <br /> recreation-culture. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to send copies of <br /> this resolution to Department of Treasury, Office of <br /> Revenue Sharing, Washington, D. C. <br /> <br /> 3.
