OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73'134 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />BUDGET FOR THE 1973-74 FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 73'99, .adopted a <br /> <br /> a budget for the City of Pleasanton for the 1973-74 fiscal <br /> year; and <br /> <br />W~EREAS, .at the time of the adoption of this budget, the Council <br /> had not determined the exact ~a~n~s to be appropriated for <br /> the development of various parks within the City of <br /> Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of Resolution NO. 73-99, the <br /> City Council has determined public park development should <br /> proceed for the 1973-74 fiscal year. <br /> <br /> ~ 0 <br /> <br />Sectionl. The capital improvements budget for the 1973-74 fiscal <br /> year is hereby amended by the appropriation of $88,000 <br /> from the park Xand dedication funds to be used for the de- <br /> <br /> ~velopment of the followingUparks with the exact expendi- <br /> <br />r~Section 2. <br /> <br />ture per park to be as indicated below: <br /> Neighborhood Park Development Fund <br /> <br />1.
