WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-130 <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />CONFIRMATION OF COST OF ABATEMENT OF WEEDS FOR 1973-74 <br />abatement of weeds within the City of <br /> <br />Pleasanton has been satisfactorily completed consistent <br />with the provisions of the Government Code relating <br />thereto; and <br />the Fire Department of the City of Pleasanton has pre- <br />pered based upon information furnished by the City's <br />contractor a list of the costs on a per lot basis of <br />abating weeds upon or in front of said lots. <br /> <br />NOW, TBERE~DRE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />DATED~ <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />W Clerk <br /> <br /> No objections having been made to the itemization of <br /> costs on a per lot basis of the City's weed abatement <br /> program for 1973-7~and the itemisation having been <br /> posted consistent with the requirements of the Govern- <br /> ment Code outside the City Cou~il Chambers prior hereto, <br /> the itemization contained in the report of~h~eM~jh~lo~f <br /> the Fire Department dated July 27, 1973is hereby con- <br /> firmed and the appropriate City Officers instructed to <br /> take whatever action necessary to implement said con- <br /> firmation including the filing of said itemization of <br /> costs with the Auditor of the County of Alameda in order <br /> that said costs be billed and collected as taxes against <br /> the lots to which the costs herein approved have <br /> attached as liens. <br /> <br />A~gust ~, 1973 <br /> <br />0,t, 9' f -7% <br /> <br /> <br />
