Commercial establishments with cooking <br />facilities or similar facilities: $5.15 per <br />month. <br /> <br />Industrial and heavy commercial uses, includ- <br />ing but not limited to, schools, laundries, <br />laundromats, car wash units, processing <br />facilities, public institutions and similar <br />uses: $5.15 per month for the first 1,000 <br />cubic feet of water used. Each additional <br />1,000 cubic feet of water used, or any frac- <br />tional portion thereof - $0.59 per month. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption, provided, however, that if for <br />any reason it is determined that the above fees could <br />not be implemented due to the President's price freeze <br />enacted on them, the fees set forth herein shall become <br />effective upon the termination of said price freeze and <br />in the interim the fees as set forth in ~2-15.03, <br />Article 1, Chapter 8, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton or Ordinance 701, when it <br />becomes effective, shall continue in force and effect. <br /> <br />DATED: July 23, 1973 <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />APP VED <br /> <br /> , City AttOrney ~'~ <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
