CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-154 <br /> <br />COMMEMORATING THE DAY OF BIRTH OF DORIS GEORGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at some point in preceding years Mrs. Doris George came <br /> <br /> into this world as a new born babe; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mrs. George, after she matured, became the Secretary to <br /> the City Manager of the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br /> Mrs. George also has the distinction of being designated <br /> aDeputy City Clerk with responsibility to attend City <br /> Council meetings and record the events which occur there; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 24, 1973, Mrs. George was in attendance at , <br /> the City Council meeting performing the above mentioned <br /> duties and said date was also the date of her birth; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE OITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That Mrs. Doris George is congratulated on her birthday <br /> and best wishes for a ~appy day are extended by the City <br /> Council. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council commends Mrs. George for her devotion to <br /> duty by being in attendance at the Council meeting on such <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a happy occasion. <br /> <br />3.
