CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-152 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY ATTORNEY'S BUDGET1973-74 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, when it retained the services of <br /> <br /> Mr. Kenneth C. Scheidig, agreed that at the conclusion of <br /> six months of service with the City he would be considere~ <br /> for salary adjustment; and <br /> <br />WF~EREAS, the Council finds that at the conclusion of six months <br /> of service Mr. Scheidig has performed his duties as City <br /> Attorney in the manner expected by the City Council. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLF~aANTON DOES <br />HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Attorney's budget is hereby amended by the <br /> <br /> addition of a 5% salary increase to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> 2. The budget of the City of Pleasanton is amended according- <br /> ly. <br /> <br /> 3.
