CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-148 <br /> <br />A RESOLUT~ONAPPROVING ALLOCATION OF REVENUE SHARING <br />FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $152,088.00 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton is required to notify the Depart- <br /> ment of Treasury prior to September 14, 1973 of the <br /> proposed uses of $152,088~00~ Revenue Sharing Funds <br /> allocated to the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at its meeting of September 12, 1973, <br /> considered several projects suggested by the Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission and City staff. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The projects proposed on which the $152,088.00 to <br /> which the City is entitled as its share of Revenue Sharin~ <br /> Funds shall be apportioned as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) Bicycle barricades $ 2,500.00 <br /> (2) Cultural Arts Facility 35,000.00 <br /> <br />(3) Sewer Plant phaseout fund 114,588.00 <br /> <br />Section 2.
