RESOLUTION NO. '73-~&5 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTIM DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WOEKS <br />ASSMM DISTRICT NO. 1, PLUSANON <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of DireCtors of the Pleasanton Town- <br />ship County Water District, Alameda County, California, on the <br />25th day of April, 1963, levied an assessment in Assessment <br />District No. 1, Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda <br />County, California; and <br /> <br /> Wn~MMAS, since the levy of said assessment, a certain <br />parcel of land has been divided, and it is necessary to apportion <br />the assessment to reflect said division; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, ME IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, as trustee fo~ <br />Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, <br />California, a dissolved special district, as follows: <br /> <br /> That ALAN B. CAMPBELL, Director of Public Works for said <br />City of Pleasanton, is hereby directed to prepare and file with <br />the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton a segregation and <br />apportionment;of Assessment No. 23, in accordance with the bene- <br />fits to the several parts of the original lot or parcelupon <br />which said assessment was levied, <br /> <br /> That, upon the filing of said amended assessment, the <br />City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton is directed to fix a time <br />and place for a hearing in the manner prescribed by law~ <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby fixes the amount of costs and <br /> <br /> the Notices and the <br /> <br />fees for preparing the Amended Assessment, <br />Amended Assessment Diagram as follows: <br /> <br /> · O Bend Counsel <br /> <br />2) Engineeating fee payable to Thad C.
