CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-177 <br /> <br />APPROVING PROGRESS NO. 1 TO OLIVER DE SILVA, INC. <br />FOR WORK PERFORMED ON HOPYARD ROAD AND SANTA RITA <br />ROAD OVERLAY PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 73-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Oliver de Silva, Inc. for work performed in connec- <br /> tion with Hopyard Road and Santa Rita Road Overlay Project, <br /> Project No. 73-6, during October, 1973, has progressed <br /> satisfactorily to the point at which Progress Payment No.1 <br /> is in order; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1.
