WHEREAS, <br /> <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73-173 <br /> <br /> REFERRING TO PLANNING COMMISSION THE REQUEST BY <br /> PICO INVESTORS, INC. FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> ON A SITE LOCATED ON TB SOUTHEAST CORNER OF <br /> PICO AVENUE AND PALOMiNO DRIVE <br /> <br />the Planning Commission at their meeting of September 12, <br />1973, reviewed Pico Investors, Incorporated application <br />PUD 73-1 and found said P~Sn~e~hlUnit Development to be in <br />conformity with the General Plan and recommended approval <br />of said Planned Unit Deve~e~m~nt request; and <br />the City Council, at its meeting of November 13, 1973, <br />reviewed the background relating to this request and the <br />action taken by the Planning Commission as setiforth in <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. 1258; and <br />public testimony was received at the November 12, 1973 <br />meeting indicating that the proposed zoning would not be <br />in conformance with the City's General Plan and would be <br />contrary to action taken by the City with respect to ee~ <br />~i~e~perty bordered by Tawny Drive, Pico Avenue and <br />Palomino Drive which has been zoned for neighborhood <br />commercial uses. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Sec~i~n~ Plan~ed Unit Development application No. 73-1 is referred <br /> back to the Planning Commission for a further review and <br /> report regarding conformity of the proposed zoning re- <br /> quest with the existing General Plan of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> PUD No. 73-1 is referred back to the Planning Commission <br /> for review and report ~f the conformity of zoning a <br /> portion of the property for commercial development in <br /> light of action taken by the Planning Commission on <br /> <br /> <br />
