CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA SOLUTION No. RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ~24ENDED ASSESSMENT"AMENDING ASSESSMENT NO. 23', ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, PLEASANTON TOWNSHIP COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA WHEREAS, on the 15th day of October, 1973, the Director of Public Works of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, an Amended Assess- merit Amending Assessment No. 23 in A~sessment District No. 1, Pleasan- ton Township County Water District, Alameda County, California, adopted by the Board of Directors of the Pleasanton Township County Water Dis- trict on the 25th day of April, 1963; and WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton has duly given notice by publication in the time, manner and form required by law of the filing of said assessment and of the time set for hearing thereon, which said time was fixed in said notice as the 12th day of November, 1973 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. of said day; and WHEREAS, no appeals or protests against the Amended Assess- ment have been filed in the time and manner provided by law against the confirmation of said amended assessment; NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, that said Amended Assessment and the Diagram attached thereto, the proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of the Director of Public Works of the City of Pleasanton in relation thereto, be, and the same are hereby confirmed, ratified and approved, and the said Amended Assessment Amending Assessment No. 23 hereinabove referred to, filed with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, on the 15th day of October, 1973, in Assessment District No. 1, Pleasanton Township County Water District, Alameda County, California, be and the same is hereby confirmed. , , , ORIGINAl
