CITY OF PLEASRa~TON <br /> COUNTY OF ALA~A <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 73'170 <br /> <br /> RE: APPROVA~ OF APPLICATION FROM VALLEY BANK FOR <br /> AUTHORI)ZATION TO REMOVE 8~RTAIN HERITAGE TREES <br /> ON PRI~FATE PROPERTY AT 249 MAIN STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, S2-17.01, Article 1, Chapter 10, Title II of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton requires that prior to the <br /> removal of any heritage tree a permit must be obtained <br /> from the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has approved the development at the southwest <br /> corner of the intersection o~ Bernal Avenue and Main <br /> Street for the construction of a bank; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Valley Bank made an application to the City for the <br /> removal of certain trees which are located a~ the con- <br /> struction area for said bank and related improvements; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFOPa, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City Council of the City Pleasanton hereby grants <br /> permission for the removal of the heritage trees referred <br /> to in the report of the Director of Engineering Services <br /> attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 2.
