CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-164 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY MANAGERtS BUDGET <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 1973-74 TO REFLECT A SALARY <br /> CREASE° <br /> <br />',HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton adopted a <br /> budget for the City Managerts office prior to July <br /> 1973; and <br />WHEREA~, a salary increase ~ot the City Manager was not included <br /> <br /> in sad budget; an~ <br /> <br />WHE~EA~ ~he City Council is d~lll~euS of giving a salary increase <br /> to the-City Manager. <br /> <br />~OW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Manager~s budget for flscsl yee~ 1973-74 <br />is amended by the addition of a five percent ~5~) sa18~¥ increase <br /> <br />to the'City Manager. <br /> <br />Section 2. The budget of the City of Pleasanten is <br /> <br />amended <br /> <br /> resolution shall become ~ffective immediately <br /> and adoption. <br /> <br />October 15, 1973 <br /> <br />accordingly. <br />~ec~ion 3.
